Sorting the whole trial record by disease phase turns apparent chaos into a pattern. Calibration-phase wins (pregnancy, autoimmune prevention) share a formative moment and a correctable shortfall. Active-phase wins (arthritis, depression, active lupus) share live inflammation and a partner therapy. Structural-phase failures (established dementia, cirrhosis, advanced eye disease) share tissue that is already remodeled - nothing left for a resolution signal to resolve.
